לא רק פנים-אל-פנים בכיתה — עקרונות לפיתוח אירוע למידה מקוון

  “…. נו אז מה הבעיה? , שיהיה בזום. לי זה לא משנה. העיקר שהקורס יהיה מוצלח ונבצע אותו עד סוף השנה” גם אתם שמעתם את זה לאחרונה? מצפים ממפתחי-ההדרכה לעשות את הקסמים שלהם ולהמיר קורס או סדנה שיועדו מראש למפגש פנים-אל-פנים עם הלומדים, לאירוע למידה זהה, אבל… בתווך המקוון במאמר הזה אני רוצה לנסות להסביר מהם המאפיינים של פיתוח קורס מקוון (סדנה חד-יומית ועד קורס מלא), בהשוואה למאפייני הפיתוח של אותו האירוע אבל במתכונת פיסית של פנים-אל-פנים מה לא לעשות לא לסבך את הלומד עם תפעול מורכב של הפלטפורמה שבה אנו משתמשים להדרכה. כלומר, אם אנחנו למשל בזום, אז לא לסבך עם רקעים וכד’, אלא לייצר את האתגרים ללומד מהתוכן בעיקר לא להשתמש בכל הפיצ’רים של הפלטפורמה שאותה בחרנו ללמידה, רק בשביל השימוש. כלומר, אם צריך לייצר במהלך הלמידה לוח עבודה משותף ועליו המשתתפים מדביקים סטיקרים, אז זה נפלא, בתנאי שבאמת צריך את זה לטובת קידום הלמידה יש לזכור שבתווך המקוון אנחנו סומכים באופן מוחלט על הטכנולוגיה. ולכן, כדי לצמצם סיכונים, לא נעביר את הלומדים במהלך הלמידה בין יותר מדי מערכות וכלים. עדיפות לבצע הכל באפליקציה אחת...
